About Us
Impact Hub Lusaka (IHL) is an innovations hub that supports entrepreneurs and social innovators in Zambia by providing various capacity building programs for startups and established entrepreneurs. IHL is a member of the Global Impact Hub Network that is found in more than 60 countries covering 100 plus cities. IHL’s vision is to inspire, connect & enable individuals, organisations and communities to rise to their highest potential. Our goal is to be a world class enabler of entrepreneurship that allows impactful business ideas to blossom and thrive.

In June 2025, members from Impact Hub Lusaka travelled to Armenia to participate in the Global Gathering Event where over 120 different Impact Hubs came together in celebration of Impact Hub Networks 20th anniversary.

Being a member of the Global Network of Impact Hubs, IHL has access to international best practices in capacity-building, how to support entrepreneurs, rendering business services, and facilitation of innovation and systems transformation. Through our global network, we can access, by the press of a button, any skills and tools needed to resolve local challenges with local solutions.
2. FOCUS ON IMPACT
We create impact by deploying learning processes and tools that enable those we support to move from intention(ideas) to action (application). We believe that impact does not come through mere understanding or intellectual knowledge of things; Impact happens when people learn how to practically apply what they have learnt. We accompany people on their journey to acquire applied knowledge and skills

Unless development takes on a systems approach, society will tend to solve one problem while creating another. We up-skill the people and organisations we support to take a holistic approach (system thinking and acting) to problem solving

IHL does not just promote any kind of development.We intentionally work towards sustainabledevelopment. To this end, we support initiatives that help society move towards the realisation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We are enthusiastic about creating conditions in which no one is left behind.
